Helping teams align, navigate ambiguity, and move forward.
I partner with organizations to clarify complex challenges, design effective working sessions, and turn ideas into action using human-centered design and visual thinking.
You’re in the right place if:
Your team is stuck or misaligned on what to do next
You’re tackling a complex or ambiguous challenge
You need to bring stakeholders together and make real progress
You want a more creative, structured way to move forward
If your work involves people, complexity, and navigating change or uncertainty, this approach can be transformational.
I design and facilitate thoughtful, structured processes that help people:
-

Understand what truly matters
-

Ask more valuable questions
-

See problems from new perspectives
-

Align around meaningful action

Judy Chicago Research Portal
Led multi-institutional workshops to align stakeholders and design the future of an online archive spanning Harvard’s Radcliffe Institute, Penn State University Libraries, the National Museum of Women in the Arts, the Nevada Museum of Art, and the Jordan Schnitzer Family Foundation. This project was a collaboration with Judy Chicago’s Through The Flower Foundation, with an ultimate goal of finding ways to unify and preserve Judy’s digital legacy.

The Nature Conservancy
Designed and co-facilitated a multi-month engagement for the Gates Foundation and the Nature Conservancy, to bring together professionals from diverse industries (global banking and investment, small-scale farmers, and climate scientists) to envision and plan for a more resilient future for sub-Saharan African farmers. Led a four-day design sprint in Nairobi to create and test detailed prototypes of a potential solution.
“The facilitators were amazing; the sessions were engaging; the environment was buzzing. I'm converted!”
